SELDÉN MAST

Seldén is the world’s leading manufacturer of masts, furling systems, motorized push-button solutions, deck hardware and sail hardware with production facilities in 5 countries and a worldwide network of dealers. Our mission is to provide sail handling equipment that makes any sailor’s life easier and more enjoyable.

In our search for perfection, no detail is considered too small. This applies to everything, from the choice of materials to stringent testing of the finished product. Our business philosophy can be summed up as quality thinking and system thinking, and a continuous quest to achieve the best possible function for each product.

Manufacturing of masts is the foundation of Seldén and what has brought us to where we are today. Adapting to new technologies has always come natural to us and since the start in the 60’s we have gone from wooden masts to anodized aluminium and carbon fibre. Today we are the dominating manufacturer of complete sail handling systems for dinghies, keelboats and yachts up to 80’.
