液态环氧树脂碳纤维

概述
与碳纤维桅杆一样，碳纤维帆桁也在我们位于德国南部的生产车间制造 — 设计与生产一体化。主要特性：重量轻、五金件精细、专用设计。

层压结构与加固
我们的制造工艺使得层压结构具有特殊设计。纤维走向可以根据计算精确实现。所用材料为知名厂商的高质量纤维，保证了令人信服的质量结果。CUL-Masten 特别重视高拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。不同纤维的组合是可能的，甚至能进一步改善结果。CUL-Masten 使用航空级的高质量环氧树脂，配备 GL 认证固化剂，耐温远高于 100° C。碳纤维主桁在下拉（downhaul）、大帆绳（mainsheet）区域及叠帆点处进行加固，以承受相应力。

下缘：飞行式或导槽式
CUL Carbon 大型桁的一大优势是可提供集成的下缘导槽（下缘沟槽）。该导槽直接融入层压结构，节省重量并提高弯曲轴上的强度。作为替代，也可不带导槽或提供封闭导槽以使用飞行式下缘。
